Julie graduated from the Physiotherapy program of the University of Montreal in 2004. Her marked interest for health, well-being and exercise were what brought her to choose this profession. Since then she has always practiced in a private clinic with an orthopaedic clientele consisting of the general public, work incident related injuries as well as patients with automobile accident related injuries.
In the interest of adding to her training and knowledge of physiotherapy, she has completed various post-graduate training, namely: taping methods, bio-psycho-social risk factors and the physiotherapy intervention, dynamic shoulder instability, thoracic spine stabilization as well as the fascia as a sensory organ. She has also completed her level 3 of the lower quadrant in manual therapy. She is also trained in perineal re-education as well as issues relating to pregnancy and post-partum dysfunctions.
She will start pursuing her Level 3 of the upper quadrant training in manual therapy during the winter of 2014 and will continue to add to her training in order to better treat the various issues her clients encounter.
